1. Consumable Product Return Policy

Chaska Stories is a brand operated by Hersmile. Since our products are consumable Himalayan Lapsi fruit titaura and snack items, we maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.

Returns are accepted ONLY if you receive a product in a damaged condition (which may rarely occur during courier shipping).

2. Damaged Product Replacement & Refund Conditions

You are eligible for a free product replacement or full refund under the following terms:

• The product packaging is physically damaged, torn, or compromised upon arrival.
• The damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. How to Request a Return / Replacement

2. Provide your Order Number, delivery date, and clear photos/videos of the damaged outer box and product pouch.
3. Our team will verify the claim within 24 business hours and approve a replacement dispatch or refund.

4. Refund Method & Processing Timeline

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 5 to 7 business days post approval.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are credited via UPI transfer or Direct Bank Transfer to the customer's verified bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
