2. Products & Pricing

• Chaska Stories specializes in authentic Northeast Himalayan titaura and Lapsi fruit snacks.
• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify product prices, combo offerings, and availability without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment Processing

We accept prepaid orders via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Orders are confirmed once payment authorization is completed or COD is verified.

4. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

All confirmed orders are packed carefully and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Estimated delivery timeline across India is 7 to 10 business days.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the consumable nature of food and snack products, returns are accepted ONLY if the product reaches the customer in a damaged condition. Damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with unboxing photos/video proof to receive a free replacement or full refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including brand name, logo, images, product descriptions, graphic design, and code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Hersmile and is protected under Indian Copyright and FSSAI laws.

7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
